How do I choose my reserved Passport tickets?

How do I choose my reserved Passport seats?
Avant Bard shows are intimate and immersive. Our seating layouts change from show to show, but as a Passport holder you will always have a reserved seat in a prime location. When you get inside the theatre, look for the seat with your name on it.
I really like certain seats – can I make sure I’m sitting in the section I want?
Absolutely. If you have a seating area request you’d like us to be aware of (e.g., “I like front row center,” or “I need ADA accessible seating”), please email Director of Audience Engagement Quill Nebeker (email@example.com). We’ll add it to our records and make sure you always get the location you want.
How do I get my free snack and beverage?
Passport holders get a free snack and beverage for every show. To get your free concessions, simply show your Passport ticket to the House Manager on duty at the concessions stand and they will provide the goods.
Where do Avant Bard performances take place?
All Avant Bard performances take place at Gunston Arts Center Theatre Two (which is inside the Gunston Middle School complex at 2700 S. Lang Street, Arlington, VA 22206) unless otherwise specified. For more detailed directions, please check out our Plan Your Visit page.
Is parking available?
There is free and ample parking at Gunston Theatre Two. When you pull into the Gunston Middle School complex, the lots closest to Theatre Two are on the right-hand side of the building.
I have accessibility needs, what do I do?
Avant Bard ensures that we will always have ADA-accessible seats for those who need them. If you need to reserve an ADA-accessible seat, please call the box office at 703-418-4808 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Avant Bard also offers Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs) for all performances. If you need an ALD, please ask the box office for one when you check in at your performance. You will need to give the box office manager a valid ID to reserve your device; the ID will be returned when you return the device after the show.
Do you offer sign interpretation, or large-print/braille programs?
At this time, Avant Bard is unable to offer these services regularly.
